Section for films produced and/or with themes centered on Tarragona area. There’s a selection committee of programmers composed by Daniel Jeriod, creative director of Memorimage, and Joan Gonzàlez, filmmaker and documentary producer.


In 1965 a group of teachers from Reus joined together to create a new school. The project diverged dangerously from the Catholic Church’s model supported by Franco’s dictatorship. Mowgli’s School was a great pedagogical, political and cultural challenge.

The story of a group of Uruguayan militants exiled in Buenos Aires, who in 1976 were kidnapped and illegally transferred to Uruguay by a military command of the Uruguayan dictatorship in an unknown episode of the Condor Operation.

The incredible but forgotten life of Eduard Toda, a great figure from Reus who lived in the Catalonia of the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. He was the first Egyptologist of Spain, he discovered the Catalan roots of Algherese and he was the rebuilder of Poblet monastery.
