The Condor Operation was a coordination plan between security services from different military dictatorships from South America supported by the United States, which during the 70’s persecuted and murdered thousands of political opponents.
Through the testimonies of survivors and sons of the disappeared, we will discover the story of a group of Uruguayan militants exiled in Buenos Aires that in 1976 were kidnapped and illegally transferred to Uruguay by a military command of the Uruguayan dictatorship. An unknown episode of the Condor Operation that is part of South America collective memory; an episode that nowadays still finds obstacles to have the official recognition those survivors deserve.
