Sinopsis

How deep can you go on a single breath? We immerse ourselves in the extraordinary story of diver Jacques Mayol, the first to reach 100 metres below the sea without artificial breathing, and who revolutionized freediving by introducing yoga and Zen techniques. An immersing story, a sensory and transformative underwater experience.

Dolphin Man depicts the life of the legendary freediver whose life became the inspiration for Luc Besson’s cult movie The Big Blue. He traveled across the world, promoting the urgency and need for humans to reconnect with nature. A close portrait of his life that reveals how the ‘Dolphin man’ pushed the limits of body and mind, not just to break records but hoping to discover the most profound affinity between humans and the sea.
