The work of Gabriel Ferrater (or Biel, name for which he was known for in Reus) draws directly from the experiences he lived during his childhood and teenage years. Set in the world of transition between the First World War and Spanish Civil War; full of chaos, hope and terrible moments which profoundly marked his personality and his work.
